Abstract

The present invention discloses an array substrate which includes a light-obstructing part formed at the lower side of the semiconductor thread. The potential of the light-obstructing part is less than the critical potential when the short circuit happens and thereby minimizing the potential difference between the light-obstructing part and the neighboring thread when the light-obstructing part exerts the electrostatic field.
