Abstract

The invention provides an image measurement method, which comprises the following procedures: a. Get the image of workpiece through an image measurement machine station; b. Transfer the image of workpiece to a computer; c. Fix the border of the image of workpiece through the difference of lattice and gray scale; d. Analyze the coordinate of the image of workpiece on computer and each element of workpiece image to get the measuring information of each element of workpiece image. e. Record all the measuring flow from procedure a to procedure d in the form of program code to produce image automatic measuring. The invention also provides an image measuring system, which can edit program code automatically and finish the measuring to the same workpiece, simultaneously, show out the measuring information intuitively and improve the measuring efficiency with complete measuring functions.
