Abstract

The present invention provides an endoscope washer disinfector for preventing agent separation when supplying agent for washing and disinfecting the endoscope, and supplying agent with accurate quality, and a method of controlling the supply of the cleaning and disinfecting agent used thereby. According to the invention, the endoscope washer disinfector comprises a washing bath for washing and disinfecting the endoscope, a tank for storing agent for washing and disinfecting the endoscope, a pressurizing member for pressurizing the tank, an air supply passage communicating between the tank and the pressurizing member, an agent supply passage communicating between the washing bath and the tank, a discharging member opening the inside pressure of the tank to the atmosphere, a detector detecting an amount of the agent supplied to the washing bath, a control member controlling the pressurizing member and the discharging member based on detection signal of the detector. The control member drives the discharging member to control the pressure in the tank in balance with atmosphere pressure after the detector is inputted with detection signal of determined agent.
