The system comprises a continuous phase modulation module, a frequency conversion filter module, a frequency mixing module and a digital oscillator module. The frequency conversion filter module is used to carry out digital frequency conversion and filtration of the two signals outputted from the sine and cosine amplitude transformation. The frequency mixing module is used to mix orthogonally the two signals outputted from the filtration. The digital oscillator module is usedto generate intermediate carriers and the two signals are modulated onto the intermediate carriers and orthogonally synthesized.
