Embodiment Construction

[0011] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT EXAMPLE: MANUFACTURE OF FABRIC USING THE YARN CAPABLE OF SHIELDING ELECTROMAGNETIC WAVES ACCORDING TO THE INVENTION

[0012] 1. By mixing nylon 6 and PTT fibers in a mixing ratio of 3:7, the first mixed fiber is obtained;

[0013] 2. Fully mix the above 68% of the first fiber with 22% of the antistatic treated viscose fiber and spin the functional yarn described in this embodiment.

[0014] 3. Twisting the above functional thread and 167dtex / 36f PET fiber with S400 to make composite yarn.

[0015] 4. Parallel the above-mentioned composite yarn with 110dtex / 72f nylon 6 textured yarn, and twist 200 pieces in the Z direction to obtain a coarse denier composite yarn.

[0016] 5. Mix and weave 5 yarns prepared according to the above-mentioned point 4 and 2 filaments of the yarn prepared according to the above-mentioned point 2 to make a fabric with electromagnetic wave shielding function of a twill weave structure. The fabri...

Abstract

The invention relates to a functional yarn which is made by mixing a first fiber of 60 percent to 85 percent and a second fiber of 15 percent to 40 percent; wherein, the first fiber at least comprises one of the following fibers: nylon, PTT fiber, polypropylene fiber, and viscose fiber while the second fiber comprises one or a plurality of a cotton fiber which is anti-statically treated, the polypropylene fiber, and PET fiber. The invention is simple in the production technique and convenient in the raw material source, and various equipment transformations and investments are not needed. The produced functional yarn can be combined according to the need, thus producing the yarn which is anti-static, also obtaining the yarns of other functions such as flame retardant, moisture and quick-drying, self-cleaning and so on, and further obtaining the corresponding functional fabrics.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a functional yarn, and more particularly to a functional yarn that has antistatic, antiradiation effects and that can use clothes produced from the fabric to protect the human body from Influenced by harmful electromagnetic waves, the fabric is obtained by weaving a functional fiber or yarn. Background technique [0002] Generally, various fabrics for clothing are obtained by weaving a yarn spun from fibers by a loom. In other words, a yarn is obtained from the fiber, and the fabric woven from this yarn can be manufactured into various articles, such as various clothes, according to the desired function. [0003] There are countless kinds of fibers and yarns, however, they can be roughly divided into blended and pure (or woolen wool fabrics) according to the mixing ratio and types of fibers and yarns. The fabric obtained by weaving the fibers and yarns is only the second product for further manufacture, and the clothe...
