Abstract

The cementing material comprises the cement and additive, wherein the additive includes mineral powder and fly ash. The mixing amount of the cement is 25 to 35 percent, of the mineral powder is 45 to 55 percent, and of the fly ash is 15 to 20 percent, based on the gross weight of the cementing material.
