Abstract

The invention discloses a parking stall controller and a parking stall management system based on a string code authentification of a personal identity, solving the problems of the difficulty in parking and ineffective management and utilization of the parking stall in a city. The technical proposal of the invention is as follows: the parking stall controller comprises a measuring unit, a wireless communication authentication unit, a communication pre-processing unit, power supply unit and an operation control unit. The wireless communication authentification unit comprises a wireless identity string code storage module and a wireless identity string code resolution and authentification module. The operation control unit comprises a parking allowable duration setting module which sets the parking allowable duration for the parking stall, an illegal occupancy processing module which judges whether an illegal occupancy of the parking stall happens and sends out the control signal according to a judgment result, and uploads a serial number of the parking stall and a time scale to a host system, a timing-charge module which calculates a holding time of the parking stall and a necessary parking fee and uploads the calculation result to the host system, and an alarm module for outputting an alarm signal.
