The structure of the overhead power line is a system which causes the overhead power line to form a short circuit, the equipment thereof comprises a line temperature-humidity measurement and control device, a microcomputer processing and protection system, a special relay protection device, a line high-voltage circuit breaker, an electric control isolating switch capable of forming the short circuit among conductors, a power source protection control switch, and a power source unit system which is used in short circuit current and comprises the elements such as a high-voltage DC or low-voltage AC current regulation and control device, a current-voltage measurement and control device, a fuse, etc. The first technical scheme of the overhead power line is that the conductors are directly switched on to form short circuit without loads, and then the power is supplied to cause the conductors of the power network to generate heat, thus preventing the line from sleet covering and automatically melting the sleet.
