Abstract

The invention discloses an online impregnation winding molding method of polyaromatic ether sulfone ketone resin matrix composites and the procedures are as follows: utilizing the resolvability of PPESK resin to prepare the resin solution with the concentration quality percentage being from 5 to 40 percent; utilizing an online impregnation winding molding method to prepare prepreg tape; next, using in-situ consolidation technology for winding forming, that is: heating the prepreg tape to melt the matrix resin rapidly; then evenly arranging the matrix resin on the surface of core mould at a speed of 0.5 to 30m per minutes according to the prescribed trace; discharging the clearance among the prepreg tape interfaces under the tensile force of 5 to 100N and the radial pressure of 1 to 20Mpa;at last, solidifying and cooling down the matrix resin to a sealed winding structure. The winding components of continuous fiber reinforced PPESK advanced composite material prepared by the inventionmeet the demand of heat resistant environment, have good comprehensive properties, and are suitable for various industrial fields.
