Problems solved by technology

Therefore, even if there is vibration that does not require continuous control operation at all, the elevator must be idled unnecessarily, and it may take a long time until normal operation is resumed.
[0009] On the other hand, in the above-mentioned known control operation, there is the following problem: Since it is set to automatically return to normal operation after 1 minute has elapsed, when a long-period seismic movement that shakes for several minutes occurs , slings and other equipment may sway after the initial sway control operation ends, making passengers feel uneasy, or equipment in the hoistway may come into contact with slings, etc., resulting in equipment damage, etc.

Embodiment Construction

[0035] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[0036] exist figure 1 The structure of the elevator involved in the embodiment of the present invention is described in figure 2 In , the regulation judgment processing part of the regulation at the time of an earthquake is explained.

[0037] Such as figure 1 As shown, the elevator car 1 moves up and down along the guide rails (not shown) in the elevator hoistway 11 of the building 13, and the counterweight 2 also moves up and down along the guide rails (not shown). In addition, the elevator car 1 and the counterweight 2 are suspended by the main rope 6 and driven by the hoist 4 in the machine room 10 . In the machine room 10 , a control panel 3 , a governor 5 , and an earthquake sensor 9 are installed, and a governor rope 7 is wound around the governor 5 . Furthermore, in order to reduce the weight variation between the elevator car 1 and the main rope 6 on the counte...

Abstract

The invention provides an elevator which can quickly start controlled operation based on the initial shaking of earthquake, and quickly recover to normal operation when the shaking does not need controlled operation. A earthquake sensor (9) is positioned in a building (13) which has an elevator lifting channel (11), and controlled operation is provided when the earthquake sensor (9) detects that the building shakes caused by earthquake or strong wind. Acceleration in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction is detected by the earthquake sensor (9), and a judgment value is calculated using the acceleration in the vertical direction and in the horizontal direction. When the judgment value is above a first threshold value (L1), the elevator car (1) which is lifting is controlled to stop at the nearest floor, and the door of the elevator car (1) which is stopped is opened. When a predetermined period (T1) passes after the judgment value reaches the first threshold value (L1), if the judgment value is below a second threshold value (L2), normal operation is recovered; if the judgment value is beyond the second threshold value, the elevator car door is closed and the elevator operation is stopped.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to an elevator system that performs controlled operation during earthquakes, strong winds, and the like. Background technique [0002] When an earthquake occurs, a longitudinal wave (P wave) with a fast propagation speed and a transverse wave (S wave) with a slow propagation speed but exhibiting the main kinetic energy of the earthquake travel from the source to the building. In the known initial sway control operation, the initial sway of the building caused by the P wave is detected before the S wave arrives and the elevator stops at the nearest floor. Here, the initial sway of a building refers to the initial sway of a building detected when an earthquake strikes, and is not limited to the initial sway of a building as referred to in seismology. Such an initial sway control operation is described in, for example, Non-Patent Document 1 below. [0003] According to this non-patent document 1, it detects the P wave accor...
