Abstract

The invention provides an instant razor clam food which is conveniently transported and preserved. Simple flavourings are added for cooking razor clams; the original taste of razor clams is maintained; the food can be eaten after the package is opened. The food is made from the following raw materials in terms of with parts by weight after vacuum drying and packing: 100 parts of shelled razor clams, 10-30 parts of gingers, 10-30 parts of shallots, 2-5 parts of salt and 15-25 parts of yellow wine. The invention also provides a processing method of the instant razor clam food, comprising drying with microwave, _dehydrating for 1 hour at frequency of 2,450MHz in microwave dryer having short drying time and good drying effect. Meanwhile, the microwave can sterilize, so the shelf time of the razor clam food is longer.
