Abstract

The invention discloses an on-line ore pulp pH meter, which comprises three parts, namely a measuring electrode, an amplifier and an intelligent instrument. The measuring electrode comprises a measuring head on which a metal electrode is arranged; the surface of the metal electrode is provided with a scraper component which comprises a scraper head; the scraper head is provided with a scraper blade which contacts the surface of the metal electrode and is compressed on the surface of the metal electrode through a spring; and the scraper blade is driven by a driving device to rotate on the surface of the metal electrode, so as to scrape and wash the surface of the metal electrode. The amplifier is arranged in the measuring electrode, and a pH signal generated by the measuring electrode is converted into a digital signal by the amplifier to communicate with the intelligent instrument. The on-line ore pulp pH meter has the advantages of high reliability and long service life, can be applied under harsh working conditions, and can be arranged on a container such as an ore pulp stirring groove, a reaction tank, an open channel or a pipeline and the like to achieve continuous on-line measurement of pH value of a solution to be measured.
