The data transmission control method comprises steps of receiving and caching data blocks sent from a high layer; sending the cached data blocks to the physical layer, and when receiving the information that the physical layer has sent the data blocks, cleaning up the data blocks and informing the high layer; or, when receiving the information that the high layer has stopped sending the data blocks, informing the physical layer to stop sending the data blocks.
