Embodiment 1

[0023] Use C10S+70D cotton core-spun yarn as warp yarn, C10S as weft yarn, warp yarn sizing rate 11%, single-axis weaving for rapier fabric machine, warp yarn density 32 yarns / hour, weft yarn density 28 yarns / hour, fabric width 50 inch.

[0024] The fabric is smelted, bleached and dyed under normal pressure in the overflow dyeing machine. The temperature is controlled at 105 degrees, and the time of each stage is controlled at 30 minutes. value is 7.0). Before drying and shaping, it is treated with fluorine-based waterproofing agent, the shaping temperature is 170 degrees, and the overfeed is 25%.

[0025] The elastic ratio of this fabric is 1:2.0, it feels good and has a certain waterproof effect.

Embodiment 2

[0027] Use C40S+120D cotton-covered yarns as warp yarns, C32S as weft yarns, warp yarns without sizing, biaxial weaving after warping, warp density 28 yarns / hour, weft yarn density 25 yarns / hour, gray fabric width 47 inches.

[0028] The fabric is smelted, bleached and dyed under normal pressure in the overflow dyeing machine. The temperature is controlled at 103 degrees, and the time of each stage is controlled at 32 minutes. value is 7.0). Before drying and shaping, it is treated with fluorine-based water repellent, the shaping temperature is 160 degrees, and the overfeed is 30%.

[0029] The elastic ratio of this fabric is 1:2.2, it feels good and has a certain waterproof effect.

Abstract

The invention provides a warp elastic fabric and a weaving method thereof. The fabric is mainly weaved and finished by warp yarns and weft yarns through a weaving machine, wherein the warp yarns and the weft yarns are selected from at least one of cladded yarns of cotton yarns and spandex, covered yarns of the cotton yarns and the spandex, and the cotton yarns respectively; and the warp yarns select cotton covered yarns or cladded yarns of between C10S plus 70D and C40S plus 120D, and the warp yarns adopt cotton yarns of between C10S and C40S. The weaving method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting raw materials of the warp yarns and the weft yarns, and using the cladded yarns of the cotton yarns and the spandex, the covered yarns of the cotton yarns and the spandex, and the cotton yarns as the warp yarns and the weft yarns; secondly, organizing and weaving the fabric by a method of plain weaving; and thirdly, finishing process of the fabric. The fabric is treated with slashing or without slashing according to different weaving machines, and is weaved by plain weaving through a single axis setting machinery or a double axis setting machinery. The fabric has stable warp elasticity with elasticity ratio reaching 100 to 250 percent and elastic recovery ratio over 95 percent, so that the fabric utilization rate is improved to over 95 percent from the prior utilization rate of about 70 percent, and qualified rate of the product reaches 98 percent so as to greatly reduce production cost and use cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a warp elastic fabric and a weaving method, belonging to a weaving technology of textile fabrics. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of people's living standards and the extensive development of sports, the amount of functional textiles used for medical treatment and sports protection is increasing year by year. Warp stretch fabrics are one of the major varieties, and the current domestic preparation methods are relatively primitive. The preparation cost is high, and the product performance is unstable, so that the production of warp elastic fabric is limited. This kind of warp elastic fabric is mainly made by weaving warp yarn or weft yarn through textile machinery and finishing. Contents of the invention [0003] The object of the present invention is to overcome the deficiencies of the prior art, and provide a warp elastic fabric and a weaving method with stable warp elasticity, high product yield, and red...
