The balanced system comprises a pair of control swinging arms, a balance bar which is connected to the main shaft, and a pair of balance weights which are arranged on both ends of the balance bar, wherein the pair of control swinging arms is rotatably connected to both sides of the rotor clamper through matching of axle holes in the middle of the control swinging arms and convex shafts on both sides of the rotor clamper; universal link points are formed on both ends of the control swinging arms, wherein a link point on the first end is controlled by a pair of first connecting bars through the balance bar, and a link point on the second end is controlled by a pair of second connecting bars through a control system; and the horizontal included angle between the axial line of the balance bar and the axial line of the rotor is between 25 and 65 DEG.
