specific Embodiment approach 1

[0019] Specific implementation mode one: combine figure 1 Describe this embodiment, the steps of this embodiment are as follows:

[0020] Step 1: Select an ultrasonic flaw detector;

[0021] Step 2: Select the ultrasonic probe and the grinding of the probe curvature: select the ultrasonic probe and use fine sandpaper to grind the contact surface between the probe and the inspected part, so that the curvature is consistent with the curvature of the outer surface of the inspected pipe;

[0022] Step 3: Selection of comparative samples: Cut a 150mm length from a non-defective thick-walled tube of the same specification and alloy as a comparative sample;

[0023] Step 4: Manufacture of artificial grooves: engrave a group of longitudinal artificial grooves 2 on the inner surface and a group of longitudinal artificial grooves 1 on the outer surface on the comparison sample, and the positions of the longitudinal artificial grooves on the inner and outer surfaces are symmetrical alo...

Abstract

The invention relates to an ultrasonic fault detection method for a heat check compound filling defect of a thick-wall aluminum alloy pipe and relates to the field of aluminum alloy production, solving a problem concerning nondestructive examination of the radial heat check compound filling defect of the thick-wall aluminum alloy pipe. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, selecting an ultrasonic fault detection device and an ultrasonic probe, grinding the probe to cause the probe to have certain curvature, choosing a reference sample and producing an artificial groove fault; then, debugging the ultrasonic fault detection device; then, detecting a sample of the radial heat check compound filling defect of the thick-wall aluminum alloy pipe according to debugged fault detection parameters, and carrying out scanning by moving the probe along the circumferential direction of a pipe workpiece; and finally, repeating the previous steps after the scanning and the detection are finished, and finally finishing the fault detection of the sample by detecting the sample of the radial heat check compound filling defect of the thick-wall aluminum alloy pipe according to the debugged fault detection parameters. The method is used for detecting the thick-wall aluminum alloy pipe, and dozens of batches of thick-wall aluminum alloy pipes which undergo fault diction by using the fault detection method provided by the invention does not suffer any quality dissidence after the delivery.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of aluminum alloy manufacturing, in particular to a method for non-destructive flaw detection of thermal crack compound filling defects of aluminum alloy thick-walled pipes by using ultrasonic technology. Background technique [0002] Aluminum alloy thick-walled pipe is a necessary product in the weapon manufacturing industry. In recent years, users of thick-walled pipes are prone to crack defects after being processed into finished parts, causing great economic losses to both manufacturers and users. The characteristic of this kind of crack defect is that there is a very thin straight line in the longitudinal direction of the inner surface of the processed anodized finished product under strong light, and irregular curved thin lines are displayed from the inside to the outside on the low magnification test piece section. Phase analysis is the inner hole radial hot crack compound filling defects produced by casting. ...
