Embodiment Construction

[0018] In order to make the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only used to explain the present invention, not to limit the present invention.

[0019] In the embodiment of the present invention, the receiving end of the physical connection body receives the data packet sent from the upper-level synchronization network, then parses out the time information, and synchronizes the upper-level synchronization network to obtain a synchronization clock; at the data sending end, refer to the above-mentioned synchronization clock , sending a data packet containing time information for the next-level network to synchronize with the physical connection. A boundary clock is thereby implemented on the physical connector.

Abstract

The invention is applied in a synchronous network and provides a method for realizing a boundary clock in an IEEE1588 protocol and a system thereof. The system comprises a data receiving module which is used to receive a data message sent by an upper grade synchronous network, a received data processing module which is used to analyze time information in the data message received by the data receiving module and to recover the synchronous clock of the upper grade synchronous network, a sent data processing module which is used to pack the synchronous clock into a data packet according to a format of a PTP protocol, and a data sending module which is used to send the data packet which is packed by the sent data processing module to a next grade synchronous network, wherein the data receiving module, the received data processing module, the sent data processing module and the data sending module are used to process the message in turn. The system concretely realizes that the synchronous clock which is synchronous with the upper grade synchronous network and the boundary clock which enables the next grade synchronous network to be synchronous with the synchronous clock are obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of network synchronous clocks, in particular to a method and system for realizing boundary clocks in the IEEE1588 protocol. Background technique [0002] Due to its good openness, wide application and low price, Ethernet has a tendency to be further applied to industrial sites. One of the key obstacles to widespread application in industrial sites is that some industrial sites have extremely high requirements for clock synchronization. The IEEE1588 protocol is a relatively precise clock synchronization solution in Ethernet, and its basic function is to keep other clocks in the distributed network synchronized with the most accurate clock. A precision time protocol (Precision Time Protocol, hereinafter referred to as PTP) is defined in the IEEE1588 protocol, which is used for clocks in sensors, actuators and other terminal devices in standard Ethernet or other distributed bus systems using multicast technology Perfor...
