The invention provides a heat storing-supplying system for solar heat-collection equipment, which is characterized in that the output end of the solar heat-collection equipment is provided with a heat storage system which is connected with a heat-using end and consists of a heat storage device and a heat exchange device; the heat storage device consists of a heat absorption structure, a heat preservation structure and a circulation pipeline; under normal conditions, a heat exchanger is connected with the heat-using end to supply heat; and under abnormal conditions, the heat storage device connects stored heat energy with the heat-using end so as to guarantee the continuous heat-using state. A working method of the system comprises the following steps that: the solar heat-collection equipment collects solar energy and transfers heat into the heat exchanger and the heat storage device; a working medium generated by the heat exchanger enters the heat-using end; and the working medium in the heat storage device stores the heat through a solid-state heat storage working medium and completes continuous heat supply under abnormal conditions if necessary.
