The invention is used for settling the problems of complex collocation and large maintenance amount of SCTP signaling in prior art. The method of the invention comprises the following steps: when a stream control transmission protocol SCTP signaling connection is established between thesignaling node and the other end, obtaining the data of SCTP signaling connection; inquiring the SCTP signaling connection table of signaling node by the signaling node; and when the data of SCTP signaling connection is not inquired in the SCTP signaling connection table, adding the data of SCTP signaling connection into the SCTP signaling connection table.
