Abstract

The invention discloses an application of GSM system multiple control channels in cells, which makes fully use of a base station controller (BSC) and communications cells. The application is characterized by comprising the following steps of dividing main cells and auxiliary cells, enlarging the capacity of common control channels (CCCHs), and allocating the frequency. As for the application, each communication cell is divided into a main cell and a plurality of auxiliary cells according to hierarchy in sequence, thereby cell division is realized; a plurality broadcast control channels (BCCHs) are added into the main cells and the auxiliary cells, the main cells correspond to main BCCHs and the auxiliary cells correspond to auxiliary BCCHx, thereby effectively increasing the number of the BCCHs and the group number of the CCCHs and structurally making full use of a frequency multiplexing technology, i.e. the main cells realize 6*3 or 4*3 multiplexing, and the auxiliary cells can realize 1*3 aggressive multiplexing; the capacity of the system is enlarged; the problems of CCCH overload and shortage of cell resources are solved; the coverage range of the auxiliary cells is absolutely smaller than that of the main cells, thereby increasing the degree of the frequency multiplexing of carrier frequency and improving the anti-interference ability; no frequency hopping is needed, and the signal quality is stable.
