The fiber is manufactured by pesticide master batch with microcapsule structure and polyolefin. The manufacturing method comprises three steps of master batch manufacturing, drawn wire extruding and finished product manufacturing. The fiber of the invention is manufactured to various functional health and epidemic mosquito nets or other mosquito-preventing worm-expelling devices. The problems of inferior durability, inferior washing resistance, non-stop immersion requirement in using, etc. are effectively settled. Furthermore the functional health and epidemic prevention fiber and manufacturing method have the advantages of reduced cost for expelling worm, increased using life of worm-proof and worm-expelling device, excellent worm disinfestation effect, effective prevention of disease propagation, and obtainment of epidemic prevention.
