Abstract
The invention discloses a film spreading roller unit, which comprises a plurality of film spreading rollers, and the outer surfaces of the spreading rollers are provided with grooves extending in a spiral line. The roller unit can completely spread films through the grooves extending in the spiral line along the surfaces of the film spreading rollers, so that residual air between the films and presoaked belts is avoided when the films are compounded with the presoaked belts. The invention also discloses a film spreading method, which comprises that: firstly a film reel is arranged and unreeled on a film supply device; and then the unreeled end is arranged on the presoaked belts through the plurality of spreading rollers, wherein the spreading rollers are provided with the semicircular grooves extending in the spiral line along the surfaces of the spreading rollers, and the spiral line is extended symmetrically from the middle to two ends of each spreading roller and has opposite spiral directions.
