Abstract

The invention relates to a voltage regulation type charge pump, which comprises a charge pump circuit used for receiving an input voltage so as to generate an output voltage, wherein the charge pump circuit comprises a capacitor, a first switch and a second switch. The first switch is coupled between the input voltage and the first end of the capacitor, while the second switch is coupled to the first end of the capacitor, wherein the first switch and the second switch are alternately turned on for allowing the capacitor to be charged to generate the output voltage. The voltage regulation type charge pump also comprises a third switch and a voltage regulation circuit. The third switch is coupled to the charge pump circuit, while the voltage regulation circuit is provided with an input end and an output end, wherein the input end is used for receiving the output voltage, and the output end is coupled to the third switch. The voltage regulation circuit is used for controlling the third switch to regulate the output voltage generated by the charge pump circuit.
