A structure of the heat pipe comprises: an elastic rod is placed in a liquid bath in an evaporation section of the heat pipe, wherein the material of the elastic rod has elastic property; the density of the material of the elastic rod is higher than that of water; and the contraction deformation of the elastic rod is more than or equal to the swell capacity of the water when the elastic rod performs solid-liquid phase change in the water. The heat pipe overcomes the defects that in the past, when the frozen heaving happens, a core heat transfer component of a heat pipe solar water heater, namely the heat pipe may have the phenomenon of pipe cracking to cause that the heat pipe has no effect and the whole solar water heater is damaged and cannot work normally. The heat pipe arranges the elastic rod on the evaporation section of the heat pipe from the angles of the structure the material mechanics; and the elasticity of the material of the elastic rod is used to absorb the swell capacity generated in the process of curing liquid in the liquid bath to protect the pipe wall of the heat pipe from being damaged and realize preventing the frozen heaving of the heat pipe.
