Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing stereoscopic printing fabric and a system thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) preparation step of transferring printing paper: printing the patterns on a transfer printing paper to prepare a transfer printing paper by a method of printing colored ink; (2) heat transfer printing step of organzine: using a printing machine to hotly transfer the transfer printing paper pattern to the warped organzine at a suitable temperature and pressure; and (3) fabric weaving step: weaving the printed organzine and wefts to prepare the stereoscopic printing fabric by a weaving procedure. The production process is simple and easy to realize industrial production, needs no complex post-processing, has high yield, good quality and low cost and can produce the printing fabric with the stereoscopic effect.
