Abstract

The invention relates to a jacquard mechanism of a multifunctional tufted carpet weaving machine, comprising an electromagnetic clutch, a stepping motor and a servo motor, wherein a servo motor set (1) is connected with a jacquard driving shaft (3) through a clutch (2); the jacquard driving shaft (3) is connected with an active part (11) of an electromagnetic clutch set (5) through a key; a spring plate (9) and an armature iron (10) of the electromagnetic clutch set (5) are connected with a jacquard wheel (4) and are sleeved on the jacquard driving shaft (3); and a driving wheel (6) is meshed with the jacquard wheel (4) in a jugged way and is in one-way driving connection with a stepping motor set (8) through an overrun clutch (7). The invention integrates a jacquard control technology of three tufted carpet weaving machines which are commonly used at present in a same jacquard mechanism, and the equipment can realize on-line switching in real time by different jacquard control ways through the design of a mechanism and the use of the overrun clutch, thereby fully exerting the respective advantage of different jacquard technologies.
