The method comprises the following steps that: the columns, beams and plates of each layer are constructed layer by layer from bottom to top, and after the construction of each layer is finished, the device for the synchronous compensation is adjusted so that each column is correspondingly leveled with the reference level line and the structure each layer is achieved to be level; when the structure is constructed to an upper track conversion truss or the top of the structure is sealed, an upper layer of concrete of the conversion truss is cast to underpin the device for the synchronous compensation so as to achieve the permanent connection of the structure; and finally, the device for the synchronous compensation is dismounted.
