Abstract

The invention discloses a method for rebuilding the shape of a hemisphere three-dimensional surface with control point information, which comprises the following steps of: building a standard hemisphere model, obtaining three hemisphere gray level images from three angles, and building a substance surface irradiance equation; uniquely ensuring a substance surface directional gradient with the substance surface irradiance equation and a luminosity three-dimensional method, processing by means of a variational method, and rebuilding a hemisphere three-dimensional surface f1 (x, y) from the directional gradient; and obtaining an interposition surface f2 (x, y) with an interposition algorithm and a hemisphere surface control point three-dimensional information, linearly superposing the f1 (x, y) and the f2 (x, y) to obtain three-dimensional information of each point of the surface of the substance to further obtain a rebuilt substance three-dimensional surface f3 (x, y). The method not only can fast measure the shape of the hemisphere three-dimensional surface, but also has high precision for measuring the obtained shape of the rebuilt hemisphere three-dimensional surface. An experimental result shows that the average relative error of the rebuilt hemisphere three-dimensional surface is reduced by about 1.3%.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of three-dimensional surface measurement of objects, and in particular relates to a method for reconstructing the three-dimensional surface shape of a hemisphere by using control point information, which provides a theoretical basis and application space for the accurate reconstruction of a three-dimensional model of a real object. Background technique [0002] In order to meet the needs of industrial inspection, reverse engineering and multimedia 3D modeling, obtaining accurate information of the 3D surface of objects has become one of the hot research issues in recent years. However, how to make the reconstructed three-dimensional surface of the object infinitely close to the surface of the standard object has not yet been well solved. [0003] At present, the three-dimensional surface reconstruction methods of objects are distinguished according to whether they are contacted or not, and are mainly divided...
