Abstract

The invention discloses a pre-cooling device in a production place of perishable fruit, which comprises a pre-cooling area [15] for a fruit and vegetable box, and a pre-cooling mechanism of the pre-cooling area. The pre-cooling mechanism comprises an ice-water box [1] and an air cooler for cooling the air by utilizing circularly flowing water in the ice-water box. The air cooler is provided with an air outlet [9] and a return air inlet [10] which are communicated with the pre-cooling area. A filling layer [5] is arranged in the air cooler. The ice-water box [1] is connected with a spray nozzle [4] positioned on the filling layer [5] through a water pump [2] and an outlet pipe [3]. An exhaust fan [6] for enabling the air and the water to flow inversely is arranged on the spray nozzle [4]. The pre-cooling device can timely treat the picked perishable fruit at low temperature in the production place by a proper pre-cooling way to rapidly eliminate the field heat, effectively reduce the respiration intensity, maintain the excellent fruit quality and prolong the preservation period of the fruit. The pre-cooling device is rationally designed and simply and conveniently operated, and has lower input cost and wide application prospect in the aspect of perishable fruit storage and fresh preservation.
