Abstract

The gun body comprises a water-cooled casing, a pipe assembly and an insulating bushing, wherein the pipe assembly is coaxially arranged inside the water-cooled casing; the insulating bushing is spaced between the water-cooled casing and the pipe assembly; the pipe assembly is mutually insulated from the water-cooled casing through the insulating bushing; the pipe assembly comprises a wire feeding pipe, a protective gas path, a conductor, a water inlet pipe and a water return pipe; the gun head comprises a fixed seat, a tungsten electrode clip, a tungsten electrode and a protective gas guiding assembly; the tungsten electrode clip is arranged on the upper end of the fixed seat; the tungsten electrode is clamped on the tungsten electrode clip; the protective gas guiding assembly is used for importing protective gas into the tungsten electrode and a workpiece welding areaat least; the protective gas guiding assembly is communicated with the protective gas path in a gas mode; the tungsten electrode is electrically connected with the conductor; and an included angle of60 degrees to 90 degrees is formed between the center line of the gun head and the axis line of the gun body.
