A loading system which mainly comprises a jack pushes the port track crane when a cart brake and a rail clamping device of the port track crane are in different combination states; meanwhile, a pressure sensor, a vibrating sensor, a data acquisition module, a data processing module and computer analysis software are used to collect, process and calculate the braking force of the port track crane in different braking conditions and respectively compare with the design value of each brake and the theoretical value of a wind force so as to judge whether the cart brake and the rail clamping device of the port track crane conform to anti-wind braking requirements as well as whether the braking capability of the whole port track crane conforms to the anti-wind braking requirements. The method can master the anti-wind capability of the anti-wind device of the port track crane in real time, lowers loss of various wind damages and provides reliable guarantee for ensuring personal safety and equipment safety.
