Problems solved by technology

However, due to the special life history and long growth cycle of rock worms, artificial breeding has not formed
The key factor restricting artificial breeding is that the living environment of rock worms is special, and they like to inhabit and live in the bottom of rocky reefs; under natural conditions, the bottom of rocky reefs is less, which limits the development of artificial breeding of rock worms

Embodiment 1

[0018] Embodiment 1: The total thickness of the substrate is 50 cm. The composite substrate consists of coarse pebble layer, fine pebble layer, coarse sand layer and soil layer from bottom to top. The laying method is as follows: lay a coarse pebble layer on the bottom layer, the specification is 2×1.0cm, and the thickness is 15cm. Lay fine pebbles with a specification of 1.0×0.5 on the coarse pebble layer with a thickness of 10cm. Continue to lay a coarse sand layer on the fine pebble layer, the coarse sand particle size is 1.0-2.0mm, and the laying thickness is 15cm. Do not lay fine sand layer. The soil is directly laid on the coarse sand layer, and the laying thickness is 10cm.

Embodiment 2

[0019] Embodiment 2: The total thickness of the substrate is 100 cm. The composite substrate from bottom to top is coarse pebble layer, fine pebble layer, coarse sand layer, fine sand layer, and clay layer. The laying method is as follows: lay a coarse pebble layer on the bottom layer, with a specification of 2×1.0cm and a thickness of 30cm. On the coarse pebble layer, lay fine pebbles with a specification of 1.0×0.5, and the laying thickness is 20cm. Continue to lay a coarse sand layer on the fine pebble layer, the coarse sand particle size is 1.0-2.0mm, and the laying thickness is 30cm. Lay the fine sand layer with a thickness of 5cm. The soil is directly laid on the coarse sand layer, and the laying thickness is 15cm.

Embodiment 3

[0020] Embodiment 3: The total thickness of the substrate is 100 cm. On the coarse pebble layer, lay fine pebbles with a specification of 1.0×0.5, and the paving thickness is 15cm. Continue to lay a coarse sand layer on the fine pebble layer, the coarse sand particle size is 1.0-2.0mm, and the laying thickness is 30cm. Lay the fine sand layer with a thickness of 5cm. On the coarse sand layer, directly lay silt and soil in a ratio of 1:1 and lay a thickness of 15cm.

[0021] The present invention has the following advantages:

[0022] 1. According to the living habits of rock worms, the artificial laying and structure matching of the substrate are carried out to make the rock worms suitable for living in...

Abstract

The invention relates to a composite substrate suitable for artificially breeding ragworms and a construction method thereof and belongs to the technical field of aquiculture. According to the life habit of the ragworms and different proportions and thicknesses, pebble, fine sand, clay and the like with different grain diameters run through a coarse pebble layer, a fine pebble layer, a coarse sand layer, a fine sand layer and a clay mud layer in sequence from bottom to top to perform composite matching; and the thickness range of the composite substrate is between 50 and 100 cm. The composite substrate has high permeability and is suitable for the living of the ragworms and difficult to decay and deteriorate. A surface layer contains mass organic matters which can provide high-quality sufficient bait for the ragworms. Through detection, the composite substrate suitable for artificially breeding the ragworms and the construction method of the embodiment of the invention are used for breeding the ragworms; the survival rate of the breeding is up to 70 to 90 percent per year; and larvas with weight between 0.5 and 1.0 g can be up to about 10 g after one-year breeding. The body color of the ragworms is maroon; the heads of the ragworms have fluorescence; and the constitution is lusty.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite substrate suitable for rock worm artificial cultivation and a construction method, which belongs to the technical field of aquaculture, and in particular relates to a construction method of a composite multilayer substrate. Background technique [0002] The rock worm Marphysa sanguinea (MONTAGU) belongs to the phylum Annelida, the class Polychaetes, the genus Marphysa sanguinea, and the genus Rock Worm. Distributed in the rocky and reef areas of the intertidal zone, because rock insects are not easy to die, active, bloody, and smelly, they are regarded as one of the most precious marine fishing baits in Japan. At the same time, rock worms are also a kind of high-quality fish and shrimp bait and fishing bait. The rock worm body is 20-30 cm long and 6-8 mm thick. A living rock worm with fluorescent lights on its surface. In sea fishing, rock worms are much better at attracting marine fish than other clam worms as b...
