Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation process for extracting emodin from rheum officinale by using supercritical CO2. The process comprises the following steps: purifying and grinding Chinese medicinal rheum officinale serving as a raw material, sieving the smashed rheum officinale by using a 40-mesh screen, collecting siftage, filling the pre-processed rheum officinale powder into an extraction kettle of supercritical CO2 extraction equipment, filling entrainer into the reaction kettle to submerge the rheum officinale powder, performing extraction by using the supercritical CO2 as an extractant for 300 minutes at the extraction temperature of between 30 and 50 DEG C and the extraction pressure of between 15 and 30 MPa, and collecting an extraction oil; introducing the obtained product into a separation kettle to perform separation under the conditions of the separation pressure I of 9 MPa, the separation temperature I of 30 DEG C, the separation pressure II of 6 Mpa and the separation temperature II of 30 DEG C; setting the pressures of a steel bottle and a storage tank to more than or equal to 4 MPa; collecting the product in the separation kettle at a pumping frequency of 20 F, and decompressing, spraying and drying the product to obtain emodin powder.
