Abstract

The invention relates to a repairing and polishing device for redundant brazing filler metal of precision components, which adopts an electromechanical composite polishing and repairing head and an electromechanical composite polishing head; the anode of a power supply (1) is connected with an electric-conducting platform (20), cathode cables (24) of the power supply (1) are connected; a polishing solution transferring pipe (26) of a hollow pipeline (5) is communicated with the outlet of a liquid storage device (9), the electromechanical composite polishing head (6) is arranged on a clamping head of a minitype polishing and repairing gun (4); the polishing solution transmission pipe is communicated with a polishing and repairing gun protective sleeve and leads the polishing solution to betransferred to a processing part; cables of a double-layer hollow lead wire are communicated with a protective sleeve wiring column (13) on the polishing and repairing gun and realizes electrification of a clamping rod (11) by a carbon brush (14) in an inner hole of the wiring column on the protective sleeve.
