Problems solved by technology

But its disadvantage is that it only improves the armor layer, and also has the above-mentioned shortcomings, and does not improve the tensile strength of the conductor, so it consumes a lot of copper and has a high cost for making this cable, so its The structure still needs to be improved

Embodiment Construction

[0013] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0014] Such as figure 1 As shown, the submarine power cable of this embodiment includes a conductor 1, a semiconductive layer 2, an insulating layer 3, a buffer layer 4, a lead sheath 5, an inner sheath layer 6, an armor layer 7 and an armor layer arranged from inside to outside. The outer protective layer 8 is installed, and the inner sheath layer 6 is a mixed layer composed of two forms of semiconducting layer and insulating layer connected in series end to end. The insulating inner sheath layer is selected as a polyethylene layer, while the semiconductive inner sheath layer is selected as a semiconductive polyethylene layer. The conductor 1 is a mixed wire core composed of a steel wire and an aluminum wire, the steel wire is located at the center of the conductor 1, and the steel wire and the aluminum wire are the conductor 1 formed of a s...

Abstract

The invention relates to a sea electric power cable which comprises a conductor (1), semi-conduction layer (2), insulation layer (3), a buffer layer (4), a lead casing (5), an inner jacket layer (6), an armor layer (7) and an armored outer protective layer (8) which are arranged from inside to outside. The invention is characterized in that the inner jacket layer (6) is a mixed layer formed by the end-to-end connection of the semi-conduction layer and the insulation layer in series. Compared with the prior art, the armored inner jacket layer adopted by the invention is the mixed layer formed by the end-to-end connection of semi-conduction layer and insulation layer in series. Such design has the advantage that the underwater portion and the onshore portion of the sea electric power cable comprise different inner jacket layers, wherein the underwater portion is an anticorrosive semi-conduction layer, thereby effectively solving the problem of induced potential, and further solving the problem of circular current; and the onshore portion is an insulation layer which is the same structure as the common electric power cable, thereby realizing cross interconnection, and further achieving the purposes of reducing loss and raising current capacity.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of submarine cables, in particular to a submarine power cable. Background technique [0002] At present, submarine cables generally generate induced potential on the metal sheath, so it is necessary to use grounding methods to eliminate it and make it run safely. Flow capacity, to a certain extent, caused a waste of resources. The structure of the existing submarine cable generally adds a layer of polyethylene sheath outside the metal sheath, so that it can be used as the anti-corrosion layer of the submarine cable and has insulating properties. In order to eliminate the potential difference between the metal sheath and the armor layer of the submarine cable, the general practice is to peel off the polyethylene sheath every 500 meters or so, and weld one or more braided copper wires to the metal sheath , the other end is in contact with the steel wire armor through the opening of the polyethylene sheath, t...
