Disclosed in the present invention is a method for transmitting a scheduling information of Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) control signaling. The location of Radio Network Temporary Identification (RNTI) relating to MBMS service control signaling and the location of corresponding scheduling configuration information relating to MBMS control signaling are indicated through Broadcast Control Channel (BCCH), then the scheduling configuration information relating to MBMS control signaling and corresponding RNTI relating to MBMS service control signaling are transmitted on indicated location by system, correspondingly an User Equipment (UE) determines the location of the scheduling configuration information relating to MBMS control signaling according to the indication and receives the information, further more the UE receives and parses the MBMS control signaling. A system and apparatus for transmitting scheduling information of MBMS control signaling are also disclosed in the present invention. The method of present invention lessens the range of UE blind detection with less overhead, and the method can be realized easily, conveniently and flexibly.
