The thermal jean fabric has an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer, wherein the upper layer is a pure cotton fabric spun with pure cotton fibers; the middle layer is a hollow polyester fabric, and hollow polyester fibers are prepared during the spinning by adding an antistatic agent, an uvioresistant agent and an infrared absorber in polyester before the spinning; and the lower layer is a cashmere fabric which is spun by blended fibers prepared from 80 percent of cashmere and 20 percent of polyester by blending and spinning. The finishing and post-treatment of jean clothes are performed on the three-layer fabric, so the thermal jean fabric which is identical with the jean cloth in appearance can be obtained.
