Abstract

The invention provides a flue gas desulfurization method, which comprises the following steps: supplying the flue gas to the interior of an absorption tower from the lower part of the absorption tower; supplying a poor desulfurizer to the interior of the absorption tower from the top part of the absorption tower to be contacted with flue gas upstream, controlling the temperature in the absorptiontower to the preset temperature to enable the desulfurizer to absorb sulfur dioxide in the flue gas; discharging the clean flue gas which is removed with sulfur dioxide from the top part of the absorption tower; discharging a rich desulfurizer absorbing sulfur dioxide from the bottom part of the absorption tower, heating the rich desulfurizer discharged from the bottom part of the absorption tower, sending the rich desulfurizer into the interior of a regeneration tower from the upper part thereof so as to enable the rich desulfurizer to parse out the absorbed sulfur dioxide; and discharging the poor desulfurizer which is parsed with sulfur dioxide and the parsed sulfur dioxide. The flue gas desulfurization method of the invention can remove sulfur dioxide in the flue gas, at the same time, can produce the byproduct of sulfur dioxide with high purity, the byproduct can be used as a good raw material for producting liquid sulfur dioxide, sulfuric acid, sulfur and other chemical products, and valuable sulfur resource can be recycled.
