The limit-quantity charging device comprises a valve body, a stagnation piece, a floater and a connecting piece, wherein the valve body is provided with a sealed cavity, a liquid inlet arranged on the valve body and a liquid outlet arranged on the top wall of the valve body, the liquid inletis communicated with a liquid inlet tube, and the liquid outlet is communicated with the inner part of the low-temperature vessel; the stagnation piece is arranged in the cavity of the valve body andhas preset weight for sealing the liquid outlet of the valve body; the floater is arranged out of the valve body and can move up and down along with the height of low-temperature medium liquid level in the low-temperature vessel; the connecting piece passes through the liquid outlet of the valve body and is fixedly connected with the stagnation piece and the floater; and the internal diameter of the liquid outlet is more than a preset size of the diameter of the connecting piece. The invention can charge the vessel without discharging the medium in the vessel so as to realize lossless charging, avoid resource waste, lower cost and is favourable for protecting environment.
