Abstract
The invention discloses novel mosquito-repellent incense and a production method thereof. The mosquito-repellent incense comprises the following raw materials in part by weight: 40 to 65 parts of tea residue, 25 to 45 parts of wood powder, 5 to 10 parts of peppermint, 1 to 5 parts of resin adhesive and 0.5 to 5 parts of pyrethrum. The production method comprises the following steps of: drying and crushing the tea residue, the peppermint, the pyrethrum and the wood powder respectively; dissolving the resin adhesive in a proper amount of distilled water and uniformly blending at the same time; adding various mixed powder materials into the mixed solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mud-like product; and molding, drying and packaging. In the invention, the tea residue is used as the main raw material, so that the waste material is recycled and cost is saved; and in combustion, the novel mosquito-repellent incense gives off a faint scent, has no toxic and side effects on human bodies, can eliminate fetor, has a function of repelling mosquitoes, flies and insects and belongs to environmentally-friendly products.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to a mosquito-repellent incense and a production method thereof, more specifically a novel mosquito-repellent incense with residual tea leaves as the main raw material and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] Mosquito coils are the oldest natural medicine to repel mosquitoes. Mosquito repellent incense sticks made of traditional Chinese medicine appeared as early as the Southern Song Dynasty. Although there are insecticide sprays, electronic mosquito repellents, and mosquito repellent toilet water, burning mosquito coils and electric mosquito coils are still the first choice for most citizens to repel mosquitoes. There are many kinds of mosquito-repellent incense, but some studies have found that when the mosquito-repellent incense made of sawdust and rice bran is ignited and oxidized, a substance will be produced, which is toxic or even carcinogenic to the human body. In the scorching summer, many people w...
