The invention discloses an effective energy-saving air-conditioning unit which is characterized by combining an evaporation cooling part, a wind cooling part and a water cooling part into a whole unit, wherein an air filter (14), an indirect evaporation cooler (15), an evaporator (5), a wet curtain (4) and an air outlet (2) are sequentially arranged along the length direction of a chassis (20) from a new fresh air inlet (13); an evaporation type condenser (10) is arranged between a wind-cooling type condenser (9) and the indirect evaporation cooler; spraying pipes (18) are respectively arranged above the evaporation type condenser and the indirect evaporation cooler; and a refrigerant output by a compressor (17) is fed to the wind-cooling type condenser and the evaporation type condenser which are connected in series.
