In the invention, the engine is arranged on a frame of the high-altitude simulation test table and is connected with a radiating water tank by a water inlet pipe and a water outlet pipe, a cooling water flowmeter is arranged on the water outlet pipe near the water outlet end of an engine water pump, the radiating water tank is soaked into a constant-temperature water tank, the radiating water tank and the constant-temperature water tank are respectively provided with a temperature measuring sensor, one side of the constant-temperature water tank is provided with a blower, the engine is respectively connected with an inlet air throttling and dropping device and an exhausting and vacuumizing device, and the radiating water tank is connected with an exhausting and pressure-stabilizing tank through a steam leading pipe.
