Abstract

The invention discloses environmentally-friendly seal ink, which comprises aqueous starch or dextrin, low-volatile organic compound (VOC) acrylic ester thickener, low-VOC assistant, preservative and colorant. The environmentally-friendly seal ink is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 5.0 to 10.0 percent of aqueous starch or dextrin, 1.0 to 3.0 percent of low-VOC acrylic ester thickener, 0.2 to 1.0 percent of low-VOC assistant, 0.1 percent of preservative, 78.0 to 92.2 percent of water and 0.5 to 7 percent of colorant. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantage that the ink has the characteristics of lower toxicity, higher insusceptibility to volatilization and longer preservation time than the conventional pigment.
