Abstract

The invention discloses a screw loosening agent, which comprises the following components in part by weight: 60 to 80 parts of hydrocarbon refrigerant, 10 to 25 parts of hydrocarbon solvent oil, 3 to 5 parts of synthetic ester and 5 to 10 parts of sulfonate rust inhibitor, wherein the hydrocarbon refrigerant is R-433b or tetrafluoroethane HFC-R134a or a mixture of the R-433b and tetrafluoroethaneHFC-R134a; the hydrocarbon solvent oil is one or a mixture of C10 to C16 alkane; the synthetic ester is trimethylolpropane; and the sulfonate rust inhibitor is sulfonate. In the invention, according to the principle of expansion and contraction, a fastener which is rusted and cannot be loosened is subjected to flash freezing in a detachment process to make a required gap between structural members bonded into a whole due to rust corrosion, so that the solvent oil, synthetic ester, sulfonate and the like, which are sprayed out together with the refrigerant, can permeate into the gap for derusting and lubricating; and thus, both the fastener and the structural members get necessary repair and the loosening of the screw is realized naturally.
