The device specifically comprises a liquid sample injection unit, a low-temperature hydrogenation gas-liquid reactor, a high-temperature hydrogenation gas-liquid reactor, a gas-liquid separator, a pressure controller and a product collection and analysis unit, wherein the liquid sample injection unit firstly injects biological oil or derivatives thereof into the low-temperature hydrogenation reactor under high pressure so as to carry out primary selective hydrogenation, stabilizes the fed material, and injects the biological oil or derivatives thereof into the high-temperature hydrogenation reactor connected with the low-temperature hydrogenation reactor to carry out deep hydrogenation; the hydrogenated products are separated and recycled by the gas-liquid separator; the gas phase product is monitored on line by the analysis unit; and the pressure of the overall system is controlled by the pressure controller.
