Abstract

The invention provides a method for implementing communications between intelligent actuating mechanisms and field buses. The method is characterized in that intelligent actuating mechanism control cards and field bus communication cards are included; the control cards and the communication cards adopt the universal asynchronous receiver transmitter (UART) mode for communications; the communication cards transmit command frames to the control cards and the command frames comprise initial bytes, frame length, command words and check sums; after receiving the command frames, the control cards check the check sums in the command frames to judge whether the command frames are correct, if so, the control cards carry out processing according to the command words in the command frames and feed the processing results back to the communication cards in the form of response frames, and if not, the control cards return the error frames to the communication cards; the response frames comprise initial bytes, fault states and check sums; and after receiving the response frames, the communication cards check the check sums to judge whether the response frames are correct, if not, the communication cards discard the response frames, and if so, the communication cards store the fault states in the response frames. The method has the following advantages: the communication method is applied in a structure and the UART is adopted for communications, so the power consumption is low and the communication rate is high.
