Abstract

The invention relates to a raw material of arts and a manufacturing method thereof, in particular to a formative art material for sand wall paintings and arts. A formative art material using desert sand as a raw material is formed by adding 25 to 33 (weight) parts of white latex into each 100 (weigh) parts of desert sand. The average grain size of the desert sand is 0.1 to 0.3mm. A method for manufacturing the formative art material by using the desert sand as a raw material comprises the following steps of: fully blending all materials to form blocks and packaging the blocks with waterproof sealing bags. In the invention, the formative art material using the desert sand as the raw material is very flexible, moisturized and very easy to shape; by using the sustainable desert sand, environmental friendliness is achieved and cost is extremely low; the wall paintings and arts drawn by the formative art material using the desert sand as the raw material are very light, easy to make and solid; and the finished products have strong pigment adhesion force and are easy to color.
