Abstract

The invention discloses a method for measuring a flexible netty surface shape by shooting. The method comprises the following steps of: 1), shooting a pre-printed mould plate with black and white grids at the different positions by using a camera; 2), calibrating the camera according to the shot photos and computing inner parameters and outer parameters of the different gestures of the camera; 3), shooting a netty panel and a grid mould plate at at least two different positions as a whole; 4), reading the grids of the mould plate from the shot photos so as to compute the position of the camera during shooting measurement, reading and analyzing nodes on the netty surfaces of the photos; 5), reconstructing the surface shape of the netty surface by combining the parameters of the camera obtained in the step 2) and the computed position of the camera; and 6), performing surface fitting according to the theory surface shape equation of the netty surface and counting errors of the surface shape. The method belongs to non-contact highly-effective measurement, is simple in process, high in automatic degree and low in cost and can be widely applied to the other related industry fields.
