Abstract

The combined tool holder comprises a tool rest body and a small tool holder, wherein the small tool holder is arranged at the front end of the tool rest body, the small tool holder is fixed at the tool rest body by using lock screws for the small tool holder so as to form a detachable connection between the small tool holder and the tool rest body. A tapered-wedge fine-adjusting mechanism is arranged between the small tool holder and the tool rest body, a tapered wedge is arranged between the rear end face of the small tool holder and the step end face of the tool rest body, the middle part of the tapered wedge is connected with a tapered-wedge adjusting bolt, the front end of the tapered-wedge adjusting bolt is fixedly connected with the tapered wedge by a positioning platform and a fine pitch thread arranged on the tapered-wedge adjusting bolt, the rear end of the tapered-wedge adjusting bolt is in threaded connection with the tool rest body and fixedly locked by a locknut, and a tapered-wedge guide sliding key is arranged between the rear end face of the tapered wedge and the step end face of the tool rest body. The combined tool holder provided by the invention has the advantages that because the position of a tool is finely adjusted by using the tapered wedge so as to compensate the wear or manufacturing error of the tool, thereby ensuring the machining accuracy of the tool; and because the tool holder provided by the invention is a combined tool holder, when the combined tool holder suffers from excessive wear, only the small tool holder is required to be replaced, thereby saving the production cost; and the combined tool holder is simple in structure, easy to process and manufacture, and convenient to install and maintain.
