Abstract

The invention provides a test device for studying distribution of plume condensed-phase particles of a spray pipe. The device comprises a fuel gas generator and a particle collection device, wherein the fuel gas generator comprises a combustion chamber, a convergence section and a spray pipe; the end surface of the particle collection device is provided with an air inlet; plume sprayed from the spray pipe can completely enter the particle collection device through the air inlet on the end surface of the particle collection device; vent holes are arranged around the air inlet; a filter screen is arranged in each vent hole; and the aperture of the filter screen is less than the particle size of the condensed-phase particles. The test device provided by the invention can stimulate practical high-temperature high-pressure environment in an engine and conveniently replace the convergence section and the spray pipe so as to adjust the convergence angle of the convergence section; and moreover, by selecting different throat diameters and structural types of the spray pipe, the test device can separately study influence of the particle phase concentration, working pressure, spray pipe structural type and other factors on the particle size distribution of the condensed-phase particles.
